Your hair is the recognition of your crown. Take care of it; it glows as visible to the whole world. You do not always need expensive treatments, nor do you need to visit a hair salon to manage your hair professionally. There are numerous items you can accomplish for yourself.
1. For shiny, healthy hair, first think about your body’s diet. Your hair is a reflection of what is inside you. A well-balanced, nutritious and healthy diet does more to make your hair shine than any shampoo or conditioner. Drink eight or ten sips of water a day. Hair is 25% water, so do not allow your hair to get dehydrated!
2. Dry your hair after washing at room temperature in your room after using an absorbent towel to soak up extra moisture, but do not rub too hard. If possible, do not use a dryer, flat iron, curling iron or hot roller. Artificial heat causes your hair to become unstable and damaged over time. Be natural whenever you can.
3. Avoid unwanted hair damage by using the right hairbrush. Combing wet hair with a wide-toothed comb, combing from corner to tip, but avoid touching the root. Removing damp hair with a stiff steel comb can do a lot of damage, so do not do it!
4. Remove the trichologist, or split ends: Take small sections of your hair and twist them gently downwards. I will stick to the split end. Using sharp scissors, carefully cut to the twisted part, but not precisely, to remove damaged cuts and give a natural layered look. Cut approximately the same amount from each twist to balance the effect.
5. Hair loss can be reversed by slowing it down or applying a few simple tips, but they will often not cure the underlying condition. Biotin helps regenerate the hair follicles: Mix banana honey with yoghurt and low-fat milk and drink it every day. Supplements such as vitamin B6, zinc, and palmetto could support and work well to reduce stress and get enough sleep.
Whether we live 9 or 90, male or female, we are all smitten with our hair. Take care of yourself first; your hair reflects that care and attention. The biblical Samson had his strength in his thin flowing hair. Your hair also reflects your strength.
