These are inhalation of steam into the face. Boiling helps cleanse all types of skin. It cleanses all dirty surface skin, stimulates circulation, and removes blocked pores. If your skin is dusty, steam your face once a week. If your skin is oily, it should do daily to get successful results.
Electrical equipment is available to produce steam, and This process is called Sauna Facial. Lean on a large pot of boiled water, cover your head with a towel and make a tent around the bowl so you can steam it. The steam will open the pores and loosen the blackheads and bring the spots to the head.
Do not approach boiling water, as if the smoke is too hot, it may cause ruptured veins. Add a tablespoon of the herb to the water to make the steaming more effective. Elderflower and chamomile are old favourites. It is also best to use lavender, thyme, and rosemary to stimulate cleansing. These are the flavouring plant.
Steam your face for nearly ten to twenty seconds. Evaporation makes blackheads come out of the holes and make them easier to extract. If you suffer from acne, I do not advise steaming as steam and heat can spread the infection.
If you have blackheads on your face, use a face mask that contains curry leaves, kaolin, poppy seeds, or comfrey, the flavouring plant.
